You have come to the Digital Norseman, master of the virtual longship "Vidfarne."   This site is the safe harbour and staging ground for virtual voyagers and inquisitive minds alike. Someone obviously liked what he saw; I'm about to be quoted on project management in a forthcoming book.

	Home of British Columbia Viking Ship Project and "Munin", a 40 foot working replica of the famous Norwegian Gokstad Ship. Large picture gallery here! "Munin" now also has its own dedicated website put up by the team in Vancouver with more great pictures of "Munin" under sail (with more to come so stay tuned). Contact the team to for bookings and reservations to try your hand at an oar or just to get involved. "Munin" sails most weekends in the summer at 10 am and 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays and also Wednesday evenings at 6 pm; with the exception of the dates listed on the "Munin website".
