Welcome to the Coaching Voyage.

My name is Preben Ormen and I help people achieve personal and business success.

Coaching brings you together with a coach in a collaborative relationship that uses discovery, goal setting and strategic actions to realize extraordinary results.

I call my approach the Coaching Voyage.

The Coaching Voyage is a program of discovery and personal growth to:

Guide you in setting and achieving goals for personal and business success.
Create a powerful focus to produce extraordinary results.
Spur you to do more than you would do working on your own.
Provide tools, support and structure for you to work faster, better, smarter.

I believe that success comes from within and that you need a strong personal foundation so you can do all the things that matter in your life. Even if your primary focus might be on business success right now, I believe that your personal foundation will have a large impact on how you achieve your goals.

The Coaching Voyage program covers both personal and corporate coaching situations.

I have lived in several countries and have met and worked with people from all over the world. I speak several languages and read a wide range of subjects. I have lived two years on a 32' sailboat with my family cruising from Canada to Mexico.

I have built several small boats and was chairman of the BC Viking Ship Project which built and launched a 40' Viking Ship replica July 7, 2001. I have spent a lot of time in the outdoors camping, hunting, fishing, skiing and canoeing. I have spent several years learning martial arts, but now I practice qi gong and meditate on a regular basis.

In my own journey of personal and spiritual development, I have worked with several healers and have received formal training in the ancient art of Reiki.
